Digital Delivery

KitYa products are digital-only products.

No physical product is shipped.

Purchases are completed through Gumroad.

After payment is successfully completed, Gumroad facilitates access to the digital product through the purchase receipt, download link, buyer library, or other access mechanism made available by Gumroad.

If you do not receive access:

  1. verify the email address used during checkout;
  2. check your spam or junk folder;
  3. check your Gumroad receipt or library where applicable;
  4. if the problem remains unresolved, contact [email protected].

Include the email used for the purchase and the product name.

Do not send complete credit card numbers or banking information.

We recommend keeping a personal backup of downloaded files for your authorized use.

Delivery issues may also be subject to Gumroad's support procedures and platform rules.
