1. KitYa
KitYa provides educational and organizational digital products designed to help people structure professional materials and workflows.
2. Purchases
Products currently offered by KitYa are purchased through Gumroad. Payments and certain aspects of delivery, billing, refunds, and disputes may be handled through Gumroad under its own terms and procedures.
3. License
Purchasing a KitYa product grants the buyer a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for the buyer’s own professional activities. The buyer may edit templates and documents for personal professional use. Unless expressly authorized, the buyer may not: • resell the materials; • redistribute them; • sublicense them; • publish them as downloadable products; • share complete copies with third parties; • represent them as another person’s or company’s product; • substantially incorporate them into another product offered for sale.
4. User responsibility
The user is responsible for reviewing the accuracy of all information included in resumes, cover letters, forms, communications, and other materials. KitYa does not authorize fabrication of experience, credentials, skills, education, or other false information.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
KitYa does not guarantee: • interviews; • employment; • hiring; • acceptance by ATS systems; • any particular ATS score; • employer responses; • outcomes controlled by third parties.
6. Nature of the content
KitYa materials are educational and organizational resources. They are not legal or financial advice and do not constitute employment representation.
7. Third-party services
The website may link to or depend on third-party platforms, including Gumroad. Those services operate under their own terms, policies, and technical systems.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, KitYa’s original content, design, text, templates, materials, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
9. Availability and changes
KitYa may correct errors, update information, or modify the website and future products. A purchase is governed by the description and product version applicable at the relevant time of purchase.
10. Applicable law
These terms are interpreted under applicable Puerto Rico law and applicable federal law of the United States, without depriving a consumer of mandatory rights under any law that cannot contractually be excluded.
