Refund Policy

KitYa sells digital products delivered electronically through Gumroad. Because digital products can be accessed immediately, this policy is designed to provide a fair remedy for genuine purchase or delivery problems without turning a downloadable product into a free-use period.

1. Refund requests

You may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase when one of the following applies:

  • A duplicate purchase was processed accidentally.
  • You did not receive access to the product and the problem could not reasonably be resolved.
  • The delivered files are corrupted, incomplete, or cannot reasonably be used and the problem cannot be corrected.
  • The product received is materially different from the description presented at the time of purchase.

2. Digital products already delivered

Once access to the digital product has been provided, refunds are not normally available solely because of a change of mind, because the product was not used, or because the buyer later decides that the product is no longer needed.

3. Professional outcomes

KitYa products are educational and organizational tools.

They do not guarantee interviews, employment, selection by an employer, hiring outcomes, any particular ATS score, or any other result controlled by a third party.

Failure to obtain those results, by itself, is not a basis for a refund.

4. How to request assistance or a refund

or reply to your Gumroad purchase receipt.

Include:

  • the email used for the purchase;
  • the product purchased;
  • a brief explanation of the issue;
  • enough information to identify the transaction.

Do not send complete credit card numbers or banking information.

5. Processing

Purchases are processed through Gumroad. Approved refunds will be processed using the refund mechanism available through Gumroad.

A full refund may remove access to the product in accordance with Gumroad's platform functionality.

6. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Mandatory Gumroad rules or decisions concerning payments, fraud, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks may also apply.
